COACHING

Leadership means taking responsibility.

For decisions. For impact. For people.

Coaching creates the space where clarity emerges—and responsibility thus becomes more sustainable and effective.

I work with executives in demanding roles and situations to help them strengthen their inner stability, decision-making skills, and personal effectiveness in a targeted manner.

Leadership Mindset – “The 3×3 of Leadership”

All of my training programs are based on the 3×3 Leadership Model—a clear framework for effective leadership in complex organizations.

It describes the key attitudes, areas of tension, and interrelationships that shape leadership today—and serves as the underlying framework for all of my training, coaching, and consulting programs.

This model serves as the foundation for my in-house programs as well as the open leadership training course “3×3 of Leadership.”

Application Examples

Where, in what context, for what issues, and at what point do consulting or coaching services provide measurable added value? Here are some selected examples from my work:

Even with the right tools available, communication doesn't work well in a highly professional sales team. Essential information isn't shared, isn't shared in a timely manner, or is conveyed unclearly, leading to frustration, high turnover, and even customer dissatisfaction.

Solution: The team is assessed, the causes of the problem are identified, and the findings are reported back. Then, a shared understanding of communication is established through training sessions and reinforced as needed during coaching sessions.

The CEO of an industrial company is highly regarded by everyone for his professional expertise, but he feels a significant distance from his direct reports. He would like to improve this situation in order to harness the team’s potential and achieve even greater success.

Solution: Following personal interviews with the DR and on-the-job monitoring, individual coaching sessions are conducted to address the counterproductive leadership behaviors and resolve the obstacles.

A company’s human resources department recommends that the new management team conduct employee reviews to ensure a smooth start for the new leadership. It is important to the management team that these reviews become a genuine dialogue, that employees feel involved, and that they use this opportunity to offer critical feedback and important suggestions for improvement.

Solution: In collaboration with the management team and with input from the Human Resources department, the content and a guide will be developed, and the management team will receive targeted support through one-on-one coaching sessions during the preparation and implementation phases.

A key employee is constantly overworked, and all attempts to lighten their workload have so far been unsuccessful.

Solution: Individual coaching sessions provide an opportunity to improve self-organization and address other attitudes that lead to burnout.

In the company, expert positions are considered “hot seats”; these roles are generally difficult to fill, and no one stays in them for very long.

Solution: After analyzing the situation and consulting with the relevant parties, the job profile will be revised and the recruitment process for this position will be initiated.
